The invention relates to the technical field of electric power steering, and discloses an EPS inertia compensation control method and device, a vehicle, a medium and a product. To-be-calculated inertia compensation torque signals are divided into a low-frequency band, a middle-frequency band and a high-frequency band; calculating an inertia compensation signal component in a low-frequency band; calculating a damping reduction signal component for reducing the damping torque in the middle frequency band; calculating a noise cancellation signal component for eliminating high-frequency noise in a high-frequency band; superposing the inertia compensation signal component, the damping reduction signal component and the noise cancellation signal component to obtain an inertia compensation torque signal; and the power-assisted motor is controlled through the inertia compensation torque signal. According to the invention, the time delay caused by inertia is compensated, quick response can be provided during steering correction or quick steering wheel turning and when the motor operates in a medium frequency band, meanwhile, disturbance can be inhibited when the motor is interfered by high-frequency noise, and the accuracy of an inertia compensation signal is integrally improved.

    本发明涉及电动助力转向技术领域,公开了一种EPS惯性补偿控制方法、装置、车辆、介质及产品,本发明对待计算的惯性补偿力矩信号划分低频段、中频段和高频段;在低频段计算惯性补偿信号分量;在中频段计算用于减少阻尼力矩的阻尼减少信号分量;在高频段计算用于消除高频噪声的噪声抵消信号分量;将惯性补偿信号分量、阻尼减少信号分量和噪声抵消信号分量叠加,得到惯性补偿力矩信号;通过惯性补偿力矩信号控制助力电机。本发明补偿了惯性带来的时延,在转向修正或快打方向盘等,电机在中频段运行时能提供快速响应,同时受到高频噪声干扰时,能抑制扰动,整体提高了惯性补偿信号的准确性。
