The invention provides an anti-collision method and device, electronic equipment and a crane, and the method comprises the steps: segmenting each object in a to-be-processed image through a target segmentation model, and enabling the to-be-processed image to be an image obtained through the image collection of a scene where a field bridge is located; according to the method, segmentation results of all objects in a scene where the field bridge is located collected by the to-be-processed image can be obtained, missing detection of the objects caused by unknown categories or insufficient light is avoided, then the segmentation results are input into a target multi-modal model, whether the object corresponding to each segmentation result needs collision avoidance or not is determined, and the target multi-modal model does not need collision avoidance. And based on whether the object corresponding to each segmentation result needs to be subjected to anti-collision and whether an anti-collision prompt is sent out is controlled, so that effective anti-collision prompt can be realized, and potential safety hazards caused by the situation that anti-collision prompt cannot be carried out in time due to missing detection are avoided.
