The invention provides a tire crane cart anti-collision method and device, a storage medium and electronic equipment, and relates to the technical field of crane control. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring obstacle information of a tire crane cart on an advancing route, and determining an obstacle area corresponding to the obstacle information; the current running speed and the maximum steering angle of the tire crane cart and driving proficiency information of a driver are obtained, and a safety reaction area of the tire crane cart is determined; and when the safety reaction area is overlapped with the obstacle area, generating anti-collision early warning information, and sending the anti-collision early warning information to a terminal where the driver is located. Compared with a mode of adopting monitoring equipment to remind a driver in the related technology, early warning can be performed in time through the anti-collision early warning information when the safety reaction area is overlapped with the obstacle area, so that collision accidents are reduced.
