The invention relates to a tire crane cart walking mechanism tire assembling method. The method comprises the following steps: installing an inflation valve, preprocessing all fittings by cleaning, cleaning burrs and coating lubricating oil, preassembling a tire, making a tire hoisting tool and a tire pressurizing tool, hoisting the tire by using the tire hoisting tool, pressurizing by using the pressurizing tool, installing, fixing, inflating, carrying out secondary inflation, and testing that whether air leakage exists or not by using water. The method has the following advantages: 1, the tire hoisting tool and the tire pressurizing tool are reasonably saved, so the manpower is saved, and the efficiency is improved; 2, a special preprocessing step is set before tire and steel ring assembling, so the assembling is convenient and reliable; and 3, a special examination step is carried out after assembling, so the normal proceeding of a subsequent installation step is ensured.
