The invention discloses a high-speed train safe operation control method based on non-repetitive iterative learning, and the method specifically comprises the steps: building a high-speed train dynamic model facing iterative learning, and displacement constraint and speed constraint according to the repetitive operation mode and non-repetitive characteristics of a train; setting expected reference displacement and reference speed, and analyzing the boundaries of train operation related parameters; establishing an error conversion mechanism, and converting a limited train operation control problem into an unconstrained form; based on the unconstrained system, designing a high-speed train non-repetitive iterative learning control algorithm including a control law and a parameter learning rule; a train operation simulation platform is built for algorithm testing, and expected parameter values are obtained; and deploying a train non-repetitive iterative learning control algorithm to a train operation control system. According to the method, the limitation that a traditional train iterative learning control method requires strict repeatability is broken through, an active safety guarantee mechanism based on displacement constraint and speed constraint is provided, and higher practicability and reliability are achieved.
