The invention discloses an avoidance control method, intelligent equipment and a vehicle, and relates to the field of artificial intelligence. The intelligent equipment can enable the vehicle to be far away from the target object as far as possible while avoiding safety is met. In the scheme, the intelligent device can determine a first constraint of avoidance control according to first information of a target object in the surrounding environment of the intelligent device, and the first constraint is used for indicating the intelligent device to avoid a first passing area of the target object; and according to the second information of the target object, a second constraint of avoidance control is determined, and the second constraint is used for indicating a second passing area where the intelligent device is far away from the target object in the first passing area. Therefore, through the first constraint and the second constraint, the intelligent equipment can enable the vehicle to be far away from the target object as far as possible while avoiding safety is met.

    本申请公开了一种避让控制方法、智能设备及车辆,涉及人工智能领域。智能设备能够在满足避让安全的同时,使得车辆尽可能远离目标物。该方案中,智能设备能够根据所述智能设备周边环境中的目标物的第一信息,确定避让控制的第一约束,该第一约束用于指示智能设备避让目标物的第一通行区域;并根据目标物的第二信息,确定避让控制的第二约束,该第二约束用于指示在前述第一通行区域内智能设备远离目标物的第二通行区域。从而通过第一约束和第二约束,智能设备能够在满足避让安全的同时,使得车辆尽可能远离目标物。
