The invention discloses a vehicle control method, device and equipment on a low-adhesion road surface and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps that whether a vehicle is on a low-attachment road surface or not is judged based on the left-side driving wheel angular velocity, the right-side driving wheel angular velocity, the left-side front axle angular velocity and the right-side front axle angular velocity; when it is determined that the vehicle is on the low-attachment road surface, the vehicle is controlled to enter an upshift forbidding mode, and when the vehicle is in the upshift forbidding mode, a gearbox of the vehicle does not upshift. By means of the method and device, when the vehicle is on the low-attachment road surface, the vehicle is controlled to enter the upshift forbidding mode, and unsmoothness such as vehicle pause caused by cyclic gear shifting or gear shifting failure can be avoided.
