The self-rotating hoisting mechanism for the tower crane comprises a hoisting beam, a circular disc is fixedly arranged at the position, located in the middle, of the upper end face of the hoisting beam, a rotating shaft is fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the circular disc, a top plate is rotationally arranged at the upper end of the rotating shaft, and a first motor is arranged on the upper end face of the top plate; the output end of the first motor penetrates through the top plate and is provided with a first gear, a second gear is arranged on the rotating shaft, the first gear and the second gear are installed in a meshed mode, a brake disc is fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the circular disc, an electric push rod is fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the top plate, and a brake block is arranged at the output end of the electric push rod. Therefore, a user can control a first motor to enable a first gear to drive a second gear and a rotating shaft to rotate so as to adjust the orientation of the lifting beam and the hoisting object, and after adjustment, an electric push rod can be controlled to enable a brake block to make contact with anti-skid lines on a brake disc so as to prevent the lifting beam from rotating, and the service life is not affected.

    本发明公开了一种塔吊用自旋转起吊机构,包括吊梁,所述吊梁的上端面且位于中间位置固定设有圆形盘,所述圆形盘的上端面固定设有转动轴,所述转动轴的上端转动设有顶板,所述顶板的上端面设有第一电机,所述第一电机的输出端穿过顶板且设有第一齿轮,所述转动轴上设有第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮啮合安装,所述圆形盘的上端面固定设有刹车盘,所述顶板的上端面固定设有电动推杆,所述电动推杆的输出端设有刹车块,从而使用者可以通过控制第一电机来使第一齿轮带动第二齿轮和转动轴进行转动,以对吊梁和起重物的朝向进行调节,调节好之后可以通过控制电动推杆来使刹车块与刹车盘上的防滑纹接触,以防止吊梁发生转动,影响使用寿命。
