The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle infrastructure cooperation, and discloses an intelligent vehicle team cooperative afflux method and device for a confluence area, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining basic parameter information which comprises a confluence area parameter and an intelligent vehicle parameter; based on the basic parameter information, a first allowable range and a second allowable range of the overall length of the intelligent fleet are obtained, the first allowable range represents the constraint of the confluence area on the overall length of the intelligent fleet, and the second allowable range represents the constraint of the main line on the overall length of the intelligent fleet; the overall length of the intelligent motorcade is determined, and the overall length of the intelligent motorcade is within a first allowable range and a second allowable range; and generating target driving information of the intelligent motorcade based on the overall length of the intelligent motorcade. According to the invention, the applicability and flexibility of intelligent motorcade collaborative afflux can be improved.
