The invention discloses a thermal management control system for an electric commercial vehicle, and the main design concept of the thermal management control system is that a temperature difference compensation type PTC heating control mechanism, a fan heat dissipation control mechanism and an automatic water replenishing control mechanism are adopted, and a liquid level height alarm mechanism is combined, so that the temperature, flow and pressure of a main water path can be accurately controlled; and meanwhile, timely and effective heat dissipation is provided for the driving motor, so that the thermal management efficiency of the whole vehicle is obviously improved. Different from a heating film mode, a plurality of temperature sensors, pressure sensors and flowmeters are configured in a main loop pipeline aiming at a specific application scene of an electric commercial vehicle with a high-power and high-current battery, so that the temperature, the flow and the pressure of a whole cooling water loop are accurately controlled, and the purpose of improving the heat management efficiency is achieved; and in cooperation with an auxiliary heat dissipation mode for the motor, consumption of electric energy of the system can be reduced while the performance of the whole vehicle is met, and the optimal control state of heat management of the whole vehicle is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种电动商用车热管理控制系统,本发明的主要设计构思在于,采用温差补偿式PTC加热控制机制、风扇散热控制机制和自动补水控制机制,并结合液位高度报警机制,能够精确控制主水路的温度、流量以及压力,同时为驱动电机提供及时有效的散热,使得整车热管理效率明显提升。不同于加热膜方式,针对配置大功率、大电流电池的电动商用车该特定应用场景,本发明在主回路管线中配置多个温度传感器、压力传感器、流量计,从而精确控制整个冷却水回路的温度、流量、压力,达到提升热管理效率的目的,再配合针对电机的辅助散热模式,能够在满足整车性能的同时,减少系统电能的消耗,达到对整车热管理的最佳控制状态。
