The invention provides a thermal management control system and method for a pure electric commercial vehicle. The system comprises a battery management controller, a whole vehicle thermal management controller and an air conditioner controller. The whole vehicle heat management controller is in communication connection with the battery management controller and the air conditioner controller. The battery management controller is used for collecting battery temperature information; the whole vehicle heat management controller is used for performing logic conversion on the obtained battery temperature information, then controlling a battery refrigerating device to be turned on or turned off, and refrigerating a battery through the air conditioner controller; the air conditioner controller further receives the requirement of a driver and controls a refrigerating device of the passenger compartment to be turned on or turned off so as to refrigerate the passenger compartment. Based on the system, the invention further provides a thermal management control method of the pure electric commercial vehicle, the heat of the motor cannot be directly dissipated, the thermal management efficiency of the whole vehicle is improved, other parts cannot be added, and the cost is saved. And under the condition that heat management of the whole vehicle system is achieved, a control system and a communication structure are reestablished.

    本发明提出了一种纯电动商用车的热管理控制系统和控制方法,该系统包括电池管理控制器、整车热管理控制器和空调控制器;整车热管理控制器分别与电池管理控制器和空调控制器通信连接;电池管理控制器用于采集电池温度信息;整车热管理控制器用于将获取的电池温度信息经过逻辑换算后,控制电池制冷器件的打开或者关闭,以及通过空调控制器为电池制冷;空调控制器还接收驾驶员需求,控制乘员舱制冷器件的打开或者关闭,为乘员舱制冷。基于该系统,还提出了一种纯电动商用车的热管理控制方法,本发明中电机热量不会直接散失,提高了整车的热管理效率,不会增加别的部件,节约了成本。在实现整车系统的热量管理情况下,重新建立控制系统和通信结构。
