The invention provides a whole vehicle thermal management system of an electric commercial vehicle and a pure electric commercial vehicle, the system comprises a whole vehicle controller, and further comprises a temperature adjusting unit, a battery pack thermal management unit and a motor electric control cooling unit; the vehicle control unit is in communication connection with each unit; the temperature adjusting unit achieves switching of refrigerating or heating by adjusting on-off of an internal electromagnetic valve. The temperature adjusting unit receives a corresponding control command and realizes refrigeration of the cab and the battery pack through a corresponding refrigeration path; or the on-off of the internal electromagnetic valve is adjusted to be switched to the heating path to realize the heating of the cab; a loop of the battery pack heat management unit is communicated with a loop of the motor electric control cooling unit, and when a battery pack heating instruction is received, heat series connection is achieved through the loop, and the battery pack is heated. Based on the system, the invention further provides a pure electric commercial vehicle. Waste heat electrically controlled by the motor is reasonably and effectively utilized to supply heat to the cab, the power consumption in winter is reduced, and the endurance mileage is increased.

    本发明提出了一种电动商用车的整车热管理系统和纯电动商用车,该系统包括整车控制器,还包括温度调节单元、电池包热管理单元和电机电控冷却单元;整车控制器分别与各个单元通信连接;温度调节单元通过调节内部电磁阀的通断实现制冷或者制热的切换;温度调节单元接受相应控制命令,通过相应的制冷路径实现驾驶室和电池包的制冷;或者调节内部电磁阀的通断切换至制热路径实现驾驶室的制热;电池包热管理单元的回路与电机电控冷却单元的回路相通,在收到电池包加热的指令时,通过回路实现热量串联,为电池包加热。基于该系统,还提出了纯电动商用车。本发明合理有效的利用电机电控的废热,为驾驶室供暖取热,减少冬季的电耗,提高续航里程。
