The invention provides a whole vehicle thermal management system and method for a pure electric commercial vehicle. The system comprises an HVAC subsystem; the HVAC subsystem comprises a compressor, a refrigeration three-way valve, a condenser, an expansion valve, an evaporator, a battery and a heat pump; the compressor is connected with the condenser through a refrigeration three-way valve; the condenser and the heat pump are respectively connected with the expansion valve; the output end of the expansion valve is connected with the battery and the evaporator. The battery and the evaporator are connected with the compressor. Redundancy of components such as the compressor, the evaporator and the condenser is reduced, and the cost of the battery pack cooling module is saved; in the aspect of the energy efficiency ratio of the whole vehicle, the capacity utilization rate of the whole vehicle is improved, particularly in winter, waste heat of a motor is effectively utilized, the power consumption for heating a cab can be reduced from 10 kW to 3 kW in winter, and the driving mileage of the vehicle is greatly increased; in the aspect of cab comfort, the heating effect of the cab in winter is improved.

    本发明提供一种纯电动商用车整车热管理系统及方法,包括:HVAC子系统;HVAC子系统包括:压缩机、制冷三通阀、冷凝器、膨胀阀、蒸发器、电池以及热泵;压缩机通过制冷三通阀与冷凝器连接;冷凝器和热泵分别与膨胀阀连接;膨胀阀的输出端分别与电池和蒸发器连接;电池和蒸发器分别与压缩机连接。本发明减少了压缩机、蒸发器、冷凝器等部件的冗余,节省了电池包冷却模块的成本;在整车能效比方面,提高了车辆整车的能力利用率,特别是在冬季,有效利用了电机废热,在冬季可将驾驶室采暖的耗电功率从10kW将至3kW,大大提高了车辆的行驶里程;在驾驶室舒适性方面,提高了驾驶室冬季的采暖效果。
