The invention discloses a hydraulic electric control system, an electro-hydraulic steering control method and an electric control positive flow control method for an electric loader. A steering electric control pump, a plurality of positive flow variable pumps and a motor are used for receiving corresponding control signals output by a controller respectively; an oil outlet of the steering electric control pump is communicated with an oil inlet of the electro-hydraulic steering unit; oil outlets of the positive flow variable pump and the motor are communicated with an oil inlet of the working valve; a first oil outlet of the electro-hydraulic steering unit is communicated with an oil inlet of the steering oil cylinder, and a second oil outlet of the electro-hydraulic steering unit is communicated with an oil inlet of the working valve; a first oil outlet of the working valve is communicated with an oil inlet of the movable arm oil cylinder, and a second oil outlet of the working valve is communicated with an oil inlet of the bucket oil cylinder. The flow response speed and the hydraulic system efficiency are improved, and oil consumption is reduced. The device has the advantages that the micro-control performance during steering and working device compounding is improved; the quick response advantage of the motor is exerted, the flow response speed and the hydraulic system efficiency are improved, and oil consumption is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电动装载机液压电气控制系统、电液转向控制方法及电控正流量控制方法,转向电控泵、若干正流量变量泵和电动机用于分别接收控制器输出的相应控制信号;转向电控泵的出油口与电液转向单元的进油口连通;正流量变量泵和电动机的出油口与工作阀的进油口连通;电液转向单元的第一出油口与转向油缸的进油口连通,电液转向单元的第二出油口与工作阀的进油口连通;工作阀的第一出油口与动臂油缸的进油口连通,工作阀的第二出油口与铲斗油缸的进油口连通。提高流量响应速度,液压系统效率,降低油耗。优点:提高转向和工作装置复合时微控性;发挥电机快速响应优势,提高流量响应速度,液压系统效率,降低油耗。
