The invention discloses an electric loader control method and an electric loader. The electric loader control method comprises the steps that firstly, the actual accelerator opening degree is obtained, and whether the actual accelerator opening degree belongs to a first range or a second range or not is judged; 2, when the actual accelerator opening degree is within the first range, the gear of the electric loader is judged; thirdly, after the second step, the controller controls the torque of the driving motor according to the different gears of the electric loader; and fourthly, when the actual accelerator opening degree is within the second range, the controller controls the torque of the driving motor. According to the control method of the electric loader, the controller limits the maximum driving torque output by the driving motor according to the actual opening degree of the accelerator, shaking of the electric loader caused by sudden change of the torque output by the driving motor is avoided, the phenomenon of sudden change of the torque is avoided, and abnormal acceleration of the electric loader is avoided; the smoothness of the electric loader is ensured, and resource waste is avoided.

    本申请公开了一种电动装载机控制方法和电动装载机。电动装载机控制方法包括:步骤一:获取实际油门开度,判断实际油门开度是否属于第一范围或第二范围内;步骤二:当实际油门开度处于第一范围内时,判断电动装载机所处的挡位;步骤三:在步骤二之后,根据电动装载机所处的不同的挡位,控制器控制驱动电机的扭矩;步骤四:当实际油门开度处于第二范围内时,控制器控制驱动电机的扭矩。根据本申请的电动装载机控制方法,控制器根据实际油门开度大小限制驱动电机输出的最大驱动扭矩,避免驱动电机输出的扭矩突变而导致电动装载机抖动,避免出现扭矩突变的现象,避免电动装载机加速异常,保证电动装载机的平顺性和避免资源浪费。
