The invention provides a mounting structure of a waste heat boiler and a plate-shaped component hoisting method. The mounting structure comprises a first hook, a second hook, an adjuster, a hoisting rope and an adjusting rope. The first hook is connected to one end of the lifting rope. The lifting rope penetrates through the second hook in a sliding mode so that the second hook can slide relative to the first hook. The first hook is provided with a winding wheel. The two ends of the adjusting rope are connected to the first hook and the winding wheel correspondingly. The lifting rope and the adjusting rope penetrate through the adjuster and can move relative to the adjuster. The first hook and the adjuster are distributed on the two sides of the second hook along the lifting rope. By means of the installation structure, the plate-shaped components can be quickly connected in a hanging mode. And meanwhile, when the adjusting rope is released, the adjuster moves along the lifting rope and then gradually moves towards the second hook, so that the plate-shaped component is gradually overturned to be in a vertical state. And hanging and overturning of the plate-shaped component are facilitated, so that the hoisting efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明提供了一种余热锅炉的安装结构及板状部件吊装方法,包括第一挂钩、第二挂钩、调节器、吊绳和调节绳。第一挂钩连接于吊绳的一端。吊绳可滑动的穿设于第二挂钩,以使第二挂钩能够相对于第一挂钩滑动。第一挂钩设置有收卷轮。调节绳的两端各连接于第一挂钩和收卷轮。吊绳和调节绳均穿设于调节器并能够相对于调节器移动。沿着吊绳,第一挂钩和调节器分布于第二挂钩的两侧。通过这种安装结构即可快速地将板状部件进行挂接连接。同时释放调节绳时,调节器沿着吊绳移动进而使得调节器逐渐向第二挂钩移动,这就使得板状部件逐渐翻转,进而翻转至竖直状态。方便了板状部件的挂接和翻转,进而大大的提高了吊装的效率。
