The invention discloses a method for hoisting a radiation waste heat boiler. The method comprises the steps that S1, a plurality of central pipes are welded together according to the length of the radiation waste heat boiler; s2, a plurality of supporting pipes are welded in the radiation waste heat boiler; s3, a crane is used for slowly placing the multiple center pipes into the radiation waste heat boiler along the multiple supporting pipes, and the multiple center pipes are located in the center of the radiation waste heat boiler; s4, the upper header cover plate and the lower header cover plate are welded to the top and the bottom of the radiation waste heat boiler correspondingly; s5, a lifting lug is welded to the upper portion of the upper header cover plate; s6, the radiation waste boiler is hoisted to the needed installation position in a vertical mode through the lifting lugs above the upper header cover plate; and S7, after hoisting is completed, the multiple supporting pipes are removed. According to the method, the radiation waste heat boiler is more convenient to assemble and disassemble, convection tubes and fins in the radiation waste heat boiler are effectively protected, the welding quality of pipelines is ensured, and bending deformation in the hoisting process is prevented.
