The invention relates to the technical field of waste heat boiler modules, in particular to a vertical waste heat boiler module conveying and hoisting frame structure and hoisting method. The verticalwaste heat boiler module conveying and hoisting frame structure can conveniently realize conveying and hoisting, and comprises a guide rail frame and a module hoisting frame of which the end parts are propped against each other, guide rails are arranged on the guide rail frame and the module hoisting frame, moving frames with pulleys are arranged on the guide rails, and two sets of steel wire lifting ropes are installed on the two sides of the module hoisting frame separately and used for being connected with hydraulic lifting appliances. The hoisting method comprises the following steps that(1) the guide rail frame abuts against the module hoisting frame, and the moving frames with the pulleys are placed on the guide rails of the guide rail frame; (2) waste heat boiler modules to be hoisted are placed on the moving frames, and the moving frames are connected with the steel wire ropes on a winch; (3) the winch works to drive the moving frames and the waste heat boiler modules to moveto the module hoisting frame; and (4) the moving frames are disconnected from the steel wire ropes, the steel wire lifting ropes are connected by using the hydraulic lifting appliances, and the module hoisting frame and the waste heat boiler modules are hoisted to a mounting position.
本发明涉及余热锅炉模块技术领域,具体为一种立式余热锅炉模块输送兼吊装架结构及吊装方法,其能够方便实现输送和吊装,其包括端部抵靠的导轨架和模块吊装架,导轨架与模块吊装架上均设置有导轨,导轨上设置有带滑轮的移动架,模块吊装架两侧分别安装有两组钢丝吊绳,钢丝吊绳用于连接液压吊具,吊装方法:(1)将导轨架和模块吊装架抵靠在一起,导轨架的导轨上放置带滑轮的移动架;(2)待吊装的余热锅炉模块放到移动架上,将移动架与卷扬机上的钢丝绳连接;(3)卷扬机工作,带动移动架和余热锅炉模块移动到模块吊装架上;(4)将移动架和钢丝绳断开连接,使用液压吊具连接钢丝吊绳,并将模块吊装架连同余热锅炉模块升起到安装位置。
