The invention discloses a composite steering mechanism, a system, a control method and a wheeled engineering vehicle. The composite steering mechanism comprises a hinged steering mechanism, a front axle steering mechanism and a hinged locking mechanism. The composite steering system comprises a power-assisted steering control system, an electro-hydraulic proportional steering control system, a hinge locking control system, a front wheel steering angle sensor, a hinge steering angle sensor and a steering controller. The steering system has four steering modes: a normal driving mode, a crabbing mode, a pure hinge steering mode and a remote control mode. The normal driving mode is divided into a normal driving low-speed mode and a normal driving high-speed mode. The two working condition requirements of high-speed running and low-speed operation of the frame hinged type wheel type engineering vehicle can be met at the same time, front axle mechanical hydraulic power-assisted steering is adopted during high-speed running, a mechanical transmission mechanism is arranged between the steering wheel and the steering wheel, and the steering wheel timely and accurately responds to a steering wheel control instruction of a driver; and high-speed steering operation is stable, safe and reliable.

    本发明公开了一种复合转向机构、系统、控制方法及轮式工程车辆,复合转向机构包括:包括铰接转向机构、前桥转向机构和铰接锁止机构;复合转向系统包括:助力转向控制系统、电液比例转向控制系统、铰接锁止控制系统、前轮转角传感器、铰接转角传感器和转向控制器。具备四种转向模式:正常行驶模式、蟹行模式、纯铰接转向模式和遥控模式。正常行驶模式分为正常行驶低速模式和正常行驶高速模式。本发明能够同时满足车架铰接式轮式工程车辆高速行驶和低速作业两种工况需求,高速行驶采用前桥机械液压助力转向,方向盘与转向轮之间设置机械传动机构,转向轮及时准确响应驾驶员操控方向盘指令,保证高速转向操纵稳定、安全可靠。
