The constant-tension self-adaptive winding and unwinding control system comprises a cable storage roller, a bearing pipe cable, a center control frequency conversion module and an underwater winch brake module, the cable storage roller is used for installing the bearing pipe cable and has the functions of weighing and recording the length of the pipe cable, and multiple sets of tension sensors distributed along the pipe cable are arranged in the bearing pipe cable; the central control frequency conversion module is used for controlling the retracting and releasing speed of the underwater winch, and the underwater winch brake module is used for generating a brake signal; a plurality of groups of tension sensors distributed along the pipe cable are arranged in the bearing pipe cable, so that the tension information of each part of the bearing pipe cable can be monitored in real time, and the tension information of each part of the bearing pipe cable can be sent to the central control frequency conversion module in real time, so that the central control frequency conversion module can control the winding and unwinding speed of the underwater winch in real time; according to the method, the load condition of the bearing pipe cable is visually confirmed without depending on an empirical formula, the working efficiency is improved, and the defect that in the prior art, control over the cable is not timely and accurate in the take-up and pay-off process is effectively overcome.

    本发明公开了一种水下绞车的恒张力自适应收放控制系统,包括储缆滚筒、承载管缆、中控变频模块和水下绞车刹车模块,储缆滚筒用于安装承载管缆,并具有称重和记录管缆长度的功能,承载管缆内设置有多组沿管缆分布的张力传感器,中控变频模块用于控制水下绞车的收放速度,水下绞车刹车模块用于生成刹车信号;通过在承载管缆内设置有多组沿管缆分布的张力传感器,能够实时对承载管缆各处的张力信息进行监测,并将承载管缆各处的张力信息实时发送至中控变频模块,从而使得中控变频模块能够实时控制水下绞车的收放速度,不依靠经验公式,直观确认承载管缆的载荷情况,提高作业效率,有效解决了现有技术所存在的缆绳在收放过程中控制不及时精准的缺陷。
