The invention discloses an underwater winding and unwinding winch. The underwater winding and unwinding winch includes a cable reel, a cable arranging mechanism, a guide mechanism, mounting side plates, a base and a reel driving mechanism; the mounting side plates are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the base; the cable reel is rotatably arranged between the mounting side plates through supporting and fixing by connecting rods; the reel driving mechanism is arranged on the mounting side plates to drive the cable reel to rotate; the cable arranging mechanism is arranged on the mounting side plates; the guide mechanism is arranged on the cable arranging mechanism; and the cable arranging mechanism is used for driving the guide mechanism to move back and forth along the axial directionof the cable reel. The underwater winding and unwinding winch guides and arranges cables with a larger bending radius, and has a small volume and a compact structure. A gears and a chain cooperate tobe used as the driving mechanism for driving the cable reel, therefore, the structure is reliable and has a low cost. The guide mechanism cooperates with the cable arranging mechanism to make the reel to retract and release the cables neatly and densely. Meanwhile, the cable tension value is monitored in real time, and the winding and unwinding speed is adjusted in time, which further improves the quality of the winding and unwinding.

    本发明公开了一种水下收放绞车,包括盘缆卷筒、排缆机构、导向机构、安装侧板、底座和卷筒驱动机构,安装侧板对称设置在底座的两侧,通过连接杆支撑固定,盘缆卷筒转动设置在安装侧板之间,卷筒驱动机构设置在安装侧板上以驱动盘缆卷筒转动,排缆机构设置在安装侧板上,导向机构设置在排缆机构上,利用排缆机构驱动导向机构沿盘缆卷筒轴向往复移动。本发明对较大弯曲半径的线缆进行导向和排列,体积小,结构紧凑。采用齿轮和链条配合,作为驱动盘缆卷筒的驱动机构,结构可靠且成本低。导向机构配合排缆机构,使得卷筒收放线缆整齐致密。同时实时监测线缆张力值,并且及时调整收放线速度,进一步提高了收放线质量。
