According to the underwater automatic cable winding and unwinding type winch, assemblies such as a driving device are integrated and internally arranged in the winch spool pressure resisting cabin body, so that the internal space is fully utilized, and the effects of simple and reliable sealing structure and compact overall structure are achieved through the ingenious design.
