If the current rotating speed difference is between the rotating speed difference of closing the inflation electromagnetic valve and the rotating speed difference of opening the inflation and exhaust electromagnetic valve at the same time, opening the inflation electromagnetic valve and the exhaust electromagnetic valve according to the duty ratio of the inflation electromagnetic valve and the duty ratio of the exhaust electromagnetic valve; and the inflation electromagnetic valve and the exhaust electromagnetic valve are sequentially closed along with reduction of the current rotating speed difference. And a proper rotating speed difference can be obtained for gear engagement.
