The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle intermediate shaft brake control, and discloses a control structure and method for a vehicle intermediate shaft brake. A two-position five-way valve is additionally arranged on a brake air cylinder and provided with a first air channel, a second air channel and a third air channel, and one end of the first air channel and one end of the second air channel are connected with the driving end of the two-position five-way valve correspondingly; one end of the first air channel and one end of the second air channel are communicated with the third air channel through the two-position five-way valve, the third air channel is used for being connected with high-pressure air, the other end of the first air channel and the other end of the second air channel are communicated to the brake air cylinder, the first air channel and the second air channel are distributed on the two sides of the piston at the communication point of the brake air cylinder, and the two-position five-way valve adopts the one-inlet two-outlet two-row air inlet design. The two-position five-way valve is driven to enable the piston in the braking air cylinder to achieve the control effect on braking of the intermediate shaft through high-pressure air, hysteresis existing when a brake retreats is avoided, the rotating speed of the intermediate shaft and the rotating speed of a second shaft can be rapidly synchronized, the gear shifting time is shortened, and the gear shifting comfort is improved.

    本发明涉及车辆中间轴制动控制技术领域,公开了一种车辆中间轴制动器的控制结构及方法,通过制动气缸上增加两位五通阀,两位五通阀设有第一气路、第二气路和第三气路,第一气路和第二气路的一端分别连接两位五通阀的驱动端,且通过两位五通阀分别与第三气路连通,第三气路用于连接高压空气,所述第一气路和第二气路的另一端分别连通至制动气缸,且第一气路和第二气路在制动气缸的连通点分布在活塞的两侧,两位五通阀的一进两出两排的进气设计,使得可通过驱动两位五通阀将制动气缸内的活塞通过高压气体实现对中间轴制动的控制效果,避免了制动器退出时所存在迟滞性,能够使得中间轴转速与二轴转速快速同步,缩短了换挡时间,提升了换挡舒适性。
