A front auxiliary box gear, a target rotating speed difference, an oil temperature and an actual intermediate shaft rotating speed are obtained, and then theoretical valve opening time is obtained according to the target rotating speed difference, the oil temperature and a basic characteristic table; selecting a plurality of test valve opening times at fixed intervals according to the theoretical valve opening time, acquiring a plurality of brake resistance rotating speed differences according to the plurality of test valve opening times, the oil temperature and the basic characteristic table, and acquiring a plurality of system resistance rotating speed differences according to the plurality of test valve opening times, the oil temperature, the target rotating speed difference, the actual intermediate shaft rotating speed and the basic characteristic table; and finally, target valve opening time is obtained according to the multiple braking resistance rotating speed differences, the multiple system resistance rotating speed differences and the target rotating speed difference, an intermediate shaft brake is used for braking the intermediate shaft according to the target valve opening time, and therefore the rotating speed of the intermediate shaft is accurately controlled, and mutual collision between transmission gears is avoided.
