The invention discloses an underwater lifting winch and cross-medium information crosslinking equipment, which comprises a take-up and pay-off mechanism, a tension sensor and a wire cutting mechanism, and is characterized in that the take-up and pay-off mechanism is used for carrying out take-up or pay-off operation on a connecting wire; the tension sensor is connected with the connecting line and used for monitoring the tension value of the connecting line in real time. One end of the connecting line is connected with the communication buoy; and the line cutting mechanism is used for cutting the connecting line after the tension sensor monitors that the tension of the connecting line reaches a preset threshold value, so that the communication buoy is separated from the underwater equipment. The tension sensor is arranged to be connected with the connecting line on the take-up and pay-off mechanism, the tension sensor monitors the tension of the connecting line in real time, and the line cutting mechanism cuts the connecting line after the tension sensor monitors that the tension of the connecting line reaches a preset threshold value, so that the communication buoy is separated from the underwater equipment; and the problem that underwater equipment is synchronously dragged and damaged due to the fact that the communication buoy is dragged by a fishing net or is in a severe sea condition is solved.
