The invention discloses an automatic efficient winch for lifting equipment. The automatic efficient winch for the lifting equipment is mainly characterized in that a lifting ring is installed in installation holes in a driven gear, a cylinder is installed at the top end of a worm shaft, a driving gear is installed on an extend-out shaft at the top end of a power head assembly through a flat key, an installation board is fixedly installed on the bottom face of the power head assembly through screws, a base is installed on the side face of the installation board, a worm support is installed on the base, deep groove ball bearings are installed in installation holes in the worm support, a worm is installed on the worm shaft, the worm shaft is installed in inner holes of the deep groove ball bearings, a flat gasket is installed on the top face of the worm, a connecting board is installed at the right end of a rope winding roller, a worm wheel is installed on the connecting board, a left side shaft sleeve is installed at the left end of a center hole of the rope winding roller, a right side shaft sleeve is installed at the right end of the center hole of the rope winding roller, the left end of a worm wheel shaft is installed in an installation hole in the left end of the base, the right end of the worm wheel shaft is installed in an installation hole in the right end of the base, and an insulation sleeve is installed on the worm wheel shaft.
