The invention discloses an automatic efficient winch for lifting equipment. The automatic efficient winch is mainly characterized in that an insertion board is installed in a groove of a gear shaft and installed on a machine frame through a cross recessed countersunk head screw, the upper end of a reinforcing mandrel is installed on the machine frame through a nut and a gasket, the two ends of the gear shaft are installed on the machine frame, a worm wheel is installed on the gear shaft through a lower roller copper bush and an upper roller copper bush, a press block is installed in a groove of the worm wheel through a fastening screw, the gear shaft is sleeved with an insulation sleeve, a fixing disc is fixedly installed on the bottom face of the gear shaft through a screw, a worm is meshed with the worm wheel, the upper end of the worm is installed on an upper bearing seat through an upper bearing, the upper bearing seat is installed on the machine frame through a screw, the lower end of the worm is installed on the lower bearing seat through a lower bearing, the lower bearing seat is installed on the machine frame through a screw, the bottom end of the worm is connected with a coupler through a flat key, an output shaft of a motor is connected with the coupler, and the motor is installed on the machine frame through screws and nuts.
