One side of the clamping jaw supporting arm is rotationally connected with the shell through a bearing, and a main shaft of the first steering engine penetrates through the bearing to be fixedly connected with the shell. The device is suspended on the high-voltage line through the four clamping jaws, when the device moves, the two rear clamping jaws in the advancing direction are separated from each other, the high-voltage line is loosened, the rotating assembly rotates, the two rear clamping jaws rotate to the front and clamp the high-voltage line again, and the device moves on the high-voltage line in this way. After approaching the insulator, the insulator is subjected to live-line detection through the insulator detection assembly, detection is carried out at high altitude, high-altitude operation of a worker is not needed, and higher safety is achieved.
