The invention relates to the technical field of high-altitude working vehicles, and discloses a high-altitude live working vehicle. The problems that the position of a supporting leg support of an existing high-altitude working vehicle cannot be adjusted and the existing high-altitude working vehicle is easy to slip are solved; and the high-altitude live working vehicle comprises a working vehicle body, the upper end of the working vehicle body is connected with a loading mechanism, and the two sides of the lower end of the working vehicle body are connected with supporting leg components. According to the high-altitude live working vehicle, the supporting leg components can rotate by an angle, an air cylinder stretches out and draws back to drive a pin shaft to move, a movable plate drives a locking rod and a large gear to be clamped, locked or released, a rotating component is prevented from rotating, the device can adjust the supporting positions of the supporting leg components according to the ground environment, and the supporting stability is good. According to the high-altitude live working vehicle, through arrangement of a stabilizing component, a sleeve is unfolded; a push rod is pushed up and down to drive a push gear to be in contact engagement with a tooth groove in a supporting rod, so that the supporting rod gradually extends out; and therefore, a second supporting block is in contact with the ground, so that the contact area is increased, the stability of the device is further guaranteed, and slipping is avoided.
