The invention relates to a petrochemical plant area independent four-wheel drive all-weather inspection robot which comprises a robot body, four walking wheels of the robot body are independently arranged, and each walking wheel is driven by an independent driving mechanism. The driving mechanism comprises a driving motor mounting plate, a walking wheel driving motor, a walking wheel bearing seat and bearing seat side face connecting plates, the driving motor mounting plate is mounted on the inner side between the two bearing seat side face connecting plates, and the walking wheel bearing seat is mounted on the outer side between the two bearing seat side face connecting plates. A walking wheel driving motor arranged in the horizontal direction is mounted on the driving motor mounting plate, one end of a driving shaft is in transmission connection with a motor shaft of the walking wheel driving motor, and the other end of the driving shaft penetrates through the walking wheel bearing seat and then is connected with the walking wheel; a suspension supporting unit is further arranged on each bearing seat side face connecting plate. The method has the advantages that the scientific, standardized, institutionalized and efficient work goals are achieved through an innovative, efficient and safe inspection mode. According to the robot, a four-wheel independent suspension driving method is adopted, a multi-information inspection data collector and an operation mechanical arm are carried, daily inspection information collection and alarming are completed, and valve opening and closing operation can be completed through fixed-point positioning of the carried mechanical arm. The robot has the advantages of being high in environment adaptability, rapid and flexible in movement, large in inspection information collection amount, safe, stable and the like.

    本发明涉及一种石化厂区独立四轮驱动全天候巡检机器人,包括机体,所述机体的四个行走轮独立设置,每一所述的行走轮通过独立的驱动机构进行驱动,该驱动机构包括驱动电机安装板、行走轮驱动电机、行走轮轴承座和轴承座侧面连接板,在两块所述轴承座侧面连接板之间的内侧安装有驱动电机安装板,外侧安装有所述的行走轮轴承座,在所述的驱动电机安装板上安装有沿水平方向设置的行走轮驱动电机,驱动轴的一端与所述行走轮驱动电机的电机轴传动连接,另一端穿过所述的行走轮轴承座后与所述的行走轮连接在一起;在每一所述的轴承座侧面连接板还设置有一悬挂支撑单元。本发明的优点是:通过创新型高效型安全型的巡检方式来达到科学化、规范化、制度化、高效化的工作目标。该机器人采用四轮独立悬挂驱动方法,搭载多信息巡检数据采集器和操作机械臂,不仅完成日常巡检信息采集与报警,而且可以通过搭载机械臂定点定位完成开关阀门操作。该机器人具有环境适应强、运动快速灵活、巡检信息采集量大、安全稳定等特点。
