The invention relates to the technical field of water surface inspection devices and particularly relates to an SMA-driven inspection four-wheel-drive vehicle. The vehicle comprises a chassis and a vehicle cover fixed to the top of the chassis, wherein a crankshaft assembly is arranged at each of the front end and the rear end in the chassis, two ends of the crankshaft assembly are rotationally connected with the chassis and extend out of the chassis, wheels are connected with two ends of the crankshaft assembly, a plurality of piston cylinders are arranged at the bottom of the vehicle cover,pistons are movably arranged in the piston cylinders, fixing plugs are arranged at tops of inner cavities of the piston cylinders, SMA springs are arranged between the pistons and the fixing plugs, connecting rods are hinged to bottoms of the pistons, and the other ends of the connecting rods are hinged to crank pin journals of the crankshaft assembly, and an inspection device is arranged at the bottom of the chassis. The device is advantaged in that the structure is light and compact, and the crankshaft assembly is convenient to disassemble and assemble, reconfigurable, high in interchangeability, large in power-to-weight ratio in combination with SMA spring driving, capable of working in a humid environment for a long time, high in automation degree and high in environment adaptability.

    本发明涉及水面巡检装置技术领域,具体公开了一种基于SMA驱动巡检四驱车,包括底盘以及固定在底盘顶部的车盖,底盘内的前端和后端均设置有一曲轴组件,曲轴组件的两端与底盘转动连接且延伸至底盘的外部,曲轴组件的两端连接有车轮,车盖的底部设置有多个活塞缸,所述的活塞缸内活动设置有活塞,所述活塞缸内腔的顶部设置有固定塞,所述的活塞与固定塞之间设置有SMA弹簧,所述活塞的底部铰接有连杆,所述连杆的另一端铰接曲轴组件的曲柄销轴颈;所述底盘的底部设置有巡检器。本发明的优点是结构轻便、紧凑;拆装方便,曲轴组件可重构、互换性高,结合SMA弹簧驱动,其功重比大,且可以在潮湿的环境下长期工作,自动化程度高,适应环境的能力强。
