The self-adaptive cooling water lower motor adopts a mode of'differential pressure drainage + open type cooling ', a pressure valve is arranged at a water inlet, and when underwater equipment sails below a certain navigational speed, fluid dynamic pressure is small and cannot reach an opening threshold value of the pressure valve, the pressure valve is in a closed state, and seawater cannot flow into a cooling flow channel; when the underwater equipment sails at a certain sailing speed or above, the hydrodynamic pressure is large and reaches or exceeds the opening threshold value of the pressure valve, the pressure valve is in an open state, and seawater smoothly flows into the cooling flow channel to cool the motor body; meanwhile, in order to reduce the interference of turbulent flow of the water outlet on the posture of the underwater equipment, bionic design is carried out on the underwater equipment shell at the water outlet by referring to a shark gill structure, and a groove is formed in the shell.

    本发明提供了一种自适应冷却水下电机及水下装备,解决目前对于自调节自适应冷却系统的研究仍有所局限,无法兼顾水下装备能耗和推进性能的不足之处。自适应冷却水下电机采用“压差引流+开式冷却”的方式,在入水口处设置压力阀,当水下装备在某个航速以下航行时,流体动压较小,达不到压力阀的开启阈值,压力阀处于关闭状态,海水不能流入冷却流道;当水下装备在某个航速以上航行时,流体动压较大,达到或超过压力阀的开启阈值,压力阀处于打开状态,海水顺利流入冷却流道,对电机本体进行冷却;同时,为了减少出水口湍流对水下装备姿态的干涉,参考鲨鱼鳃结构对出水口处水下装备壳体进行仿生设计,在壳体上进行开槽。
