The invention designs an underwater contra-rotating motor system with a self-cooling function and underwater equipment after motor heat dissipation and underwater equipment propulsion performance under two working conditions of low-speed cruise and high-speed strike are comprehensively considered, and belongs to the technical field of underwater equipment motor design. The problem that the propulsion performance of the underwater equipment cannot be ensured when a winding is cooled when a motor runs at a high speed in the existing underwater equipment is solved. The underwater contra-rotating motor system can carry out self-adaptive cooling according to the navigational speed of underwater equipment, a cooling function is closed when heat dissipation measures are not needed during low-speed cruise, the long voyage of the underwater equipment is ensured, and the winding end part of the inner rotor assembly can be self-adaptively cooled within a high-speed variable speed range when heat dissipation is urgently needed during high-speed strike, so that the service life of the underwater equipment is prolonged. And the maximum cooling capacity is achieved under the same rotating speed, and meanwhile the propelling performance of underwater equipment during high-speed strike can be considered.

    本发明在综合考虑低速巡航和高速打击两种工况下电机散热和水下装备推进性能后,设计了一种具有自冷却功能的水下对转电机系统及水下装备,属于水下装备电机设计技术领域,解决了现有水下装备中电机高速运转下对绕组进行散热时无法确保水下装备推进性能的问题。该水下对转电机系统能够根据水下装备航速进行自适应冷却,在低速巡航不需要散热措施时关闭冷却功能,确保水下装备的长航程,在高速打击急需散热时,能够在高速变速范围内自适应地对内转子组件绕组端部进行冷却,并在同等转速下达到最大的冷却能力,同时还能够兼顾高速打击时水下装备的推进性能。
