The large-power contra-rotating motor and the small-power contra-rotating motor are reasonably nested and combined through the two overrun clutches, the two overrun clutches can be connected or disconnected at the same time through a control strategy according to different working conditions, coaxial switching output of the two contra-rotating motors is achieved, and the working efficiency is improved. The underwater equipment uses the low-power contra-rotating motor for output in a low-speed interval and uses the high-power contra-rotating motor for output in a high-speed interval, and high sailing efficiency is kept in the whole process.

    本发明提供了变速组合水下对转推进电机及其控制方法、水下装备,属于水下装备电机设计技术领域,目的有三个:一是在具备大功率输出能力的同时能够提高低功率的效率,实现大功率跨度;二是实现同轴切换输出;三是考虑水下装备内的安装空间,在稳固水下装备姿态的前提下,实现高效航行,确保水下装备的长航程、低能耗。本发明通过两个超越离合器将大功率对转电机和小功率对转电机进行合理嵌套组合,可根据不同工况,通过控制策略将两个超越离合器同时接合或同时断开,实现两个对转电机同轴切换输出,使得水下装备在低速区间使用小功率对转电机输出,高速区间使用大功率对转电机输出,全程保持高航行效率。
