The thought of the variable-speed underwater propulsion motor combining the transmission assembly and the high-speed motor assembly is provided, joint optimization is conducted on the transmission assembly and the high-speed motor assembly in combination with the characteristics of underwater equipment and the total technical index requirements, and under the constraint of the huge power span and the limited space weight of the underwater equipment, the transmission assembly and the high-speed motor assembly are optimized in a combined mode.     为解决目前用于提升水下推进电机在工作区内的综合效率而采用的高、低功率组合式推进电机系统具有系统冗杂,电气控制复杂的问题,本发明提供一种大功率跨度的变速水下推进电机及其设计方法、水下装备。本发明提出了变速器总成和高速电机总成结合的变速水下推进电机的思路,并结合水下装备的特点和总技术指标要求对变速器总成和高速电机总成进行联合优化,在水下装备的巨大功率跨度和有限空间重量的约束下,实现水下装备分别在低速巡航状态和高速航行运行状态下时,通过自主切换变速器挡位,使变速水下推进电机运行在最佳工作转速上,有利于在尽可能保证变速水下推进电机高功率输出能力的同时提高低速效率,提升水下推进电机在工作区内的综合效率。
