The invention provides a multi-direction adjusting method and mechanism for crane maintenance, and the method comprises the following steps: placing an adjusting device below a crane body, the adjusting device comprises a base, a sliding block located on the base, a jacking driving cylinder installed on the sliding block, a transverse driving cylinder installed on the base and a longitudinal driving cylinder installed on the base. A piston rod of the jacking driving cylinder extends, and the jacking driving cylinder jacks the crane body to a set height; the transverse driving cylinder acts and drives the sliding block to transversely move relative to the base until the sliding block drives the jacking driving cylinder and the traveling crane body to transversely move to a set position together; the longitudinal driving cylinder acts and drives the sliding block to move longitudinally relative to the base; and the piston rod of the jacking driving cylinder shrinks, and the travelling crane body falls down until the wheels of the travelling crane body are matched with the rails. According to the multi-direction adjusting method and adjusting mechanism for crane maintenance, the operation efficiency can be improved.

    本发明提供一种行车检修多方向调节方法及调节机构,行车检修多方向调节方法包括如下步骤:将调节装置放置在行车车体的下方,调节装置包括底座、位于底座上的滑块、安装在滑块上的顶升驱动缸、安装在底座上的横向驱动缸、及安装在底座上的纵向驱动缸;顶升驱动缸的活塞杆伸长,顶升驱动缸将行车车体顶升至设定高度;横向驱动缸动作、并驱动滑块相对于底座沿横向移动,直至滑块带动顶升驱动缸及行车车体一起沿横向移动至设定位置;纵向驱动缸动作、并驱动滑块相对于底座沿纵向移动;顶升驱动缸的活塞杆收缩,行车车体落下,直至行车车体的车轮与轨道相配合。本行车检修多方向调节方法及调节机构,能提高作业效率。
