The invention provides a travelling crane overhauling method and an auxiliary overhauling mechanism. The travelling crane overhauling method comprises the following steps that an end beam connecting unit is installed at a set position on an end beam of a travelling crane; the end beam connecting unit comprises a supporting base and a foot stool connected with the supporting base, one end of the foot stool is connected with the supporting base, and a clamping hook is arranged at the other end of the foot stool; the supporting base is located on the upper surface of the end beam, and the lower surface of the end beam is hooked by the clamping hook; and the hoisting unit connected with the supporting base is used for hoisting the to-be-overhauled part of the travelling crane to a set position. According to the crane overhauling method and the auxiliary overhauling mechanism, overhauling operation is facilitated, the difficulty of overhauling operation is lowered, the labor intensity of overhauling operation is relieved, the labor cost is saved, and the overhauling efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供一种行车检修方法及辅助检修机构,行车检修方法包括如下步骤:将端梁连接单元安装在行车的端梁上设定位置处;端梁连接单元包括支撑底座及与支撑底座相连接的脚架,所述脚架一端与支撑底座相连接,所述脚架的另一端设有卡钩;支撑底座位于端梁的上表面上,卡钩钩挂住端梁的下表面;利用与支撑底座相连接的起吊单元将行车的待检修部件吊运至设定位置。本行车检修方法及辅助检修机构,方便了检修作业,降低了检修作业的难度,减轻了检修工作的劳动强度,节约了人力成本,并提高了检修效率。
