The invention relates to an automobile brake system wheel cylinder pressure robust prediction control method. The method comprises the steps that a hydraulic control unit controls a high-pressure supply unit to establish a stable high-pressure source; the hydraulic control unit calculates the target hydraulic pressure of the brake wheel cylinder; the hydraulic control unit obtains the hydraulic pressure of the brake wheel cylinder in the current sampling period; the hydraulic control unit obtains a pre-stored discretized wheel cylinder hydraulic pressure model; the hydraulic control unit solves the lumped disturbance according to the hydraulic pressure of the brake wheel cylinder and the historical data of the control commands of the liquid inlet valve and the liquid outlet valve; the hydraulic control unit establishes a prediction equation of the hydraulic pressure of the wheel cylinder and predicts all possible values of the hydraulic pressure of the brake wheel cylinder in a down-sampling period; according to the target hydraulic pressure, evaluating all possible values based on a preset evaluation method, and determining an optimal predicted value and corresponding control commands of a liquid inlet valve and a liquid outlet valve; and controlling the liquid inlet valve and the liquid outlet valve according to the control command of the liquid inlet valve and the liquid outlet valve corresponding to the optimal predicted value.

    本发明涉及一种汽车制动系统轮缸压力鲁棒预测控制方法,包括:液压控制单元控制高压供给单元建立稳定的高压源;液压控制单元计算制动轮缸的目标液压力;液压控制单元获取所述制动轮缸的当前采样周期的液压力;液压控制单元获取预先存储的离散化的轮缸液压力模型;液压控制单元根据制动轮缸的液压力、进液阀和出液阀的控制命令的历史数据,求解所述集总扰动;液压控制单元建立轮缸液压力的预测方程,并预测一下采样周期的制动轮缸的液压力的所有可能值;根据所述目标液压力,基于预设的评估方法对所有可能值进行评估,确定最优预测值及对应的进液阀和出液阀的控制命令;根据最优预测值对应的进液阀和出液阀的控制命令,控制进液阀和出液阀。
