The invention relates to an intelligent automobile brake master cylinder pressure control method and device, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a speed reduction and torque rise mechanism according to the PV characteristics of a brake master cylinder mathematical model, converting a torque signal into a displacement signal and a force signal of a brake master cylinder push rod, and converting the displacement signal into a rotating speed signal required by a motor; feedback control of a pressure signal, a displacement signal and a rotating speed signal is introduced, and a pressure-displacement-rotating speed three-closed-loop PI controller of the brake master cylinder is constructed; an RBF neural network is constructed to serve as feedforward control of a brake master cylinder, the network weight is automatically adjusted by learning feedback errors of a closed-loop PI controller of a pressure ring, the compensation displacement of a piston push rod of the master cylinder is calculated, and a three-closed-loop PI controller of RBF neural network feedforward control is obtained; and a pressure-displacement-rotating speed three-closed-loop PI controller based on RBF neural network feedforward control performs brake master cylinder pressure control. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of high response speed, small steady-state error and the like.

    本发明涉及一种智能汽车制动主缸压力控制方法及装置,其中方法包括:根据制动主缸数学模型的PV特性,构建减速增扭机构,将扭矩信号转化为制动主缸推杆的位移信号和力信号,同时将位移信号转化为电机所需的转速信号;引入压力信号、位移信号和转速信号的反馈控制,构建制动主缸的压力‑位移‑转速三闭环PI控制器;构建RBF神经网络作为制动主缸的前馈控制,通过学习压力环的闭环PI控制器的反馈误差,自动调整网络权值计算主缸活塞推杆的补偿位移,得到RBF神经网络前馈控制的三闭环PI控制器;基于RBF神经网络前馈控制的压力‑位移‑转速三闭环PI控制器进行制动主缸压力控制。与现有技术相比,本发明具有响应速度快、稳态误差小等优点。
