The invention discloses a hydraulic pressure predictive control method and system for an automobile brake wheel cylinder, the method is applied to an automobile hydraulic brake system, and the method comprises the following steps: after the hydraulic brake system is initialized in response to electrification, obtaining operation data of the hydraulic brake system; based on the operation data, a hydraulic pressure vector control set of the brake cylinder is obtained; based on the hydraulic pressure vector control set and the hydraulic pressure of the brake wheel cylinder, establishing a prediction equation of the hydraulic pressure of the brake wheel cylinder; based on the prediction equation of the hydraulic pressure of the brake wheel cylinder, constructing a cost function of hydraulic pressure control of the brake wheel cylinder; and the optimal hydraulic pressure vector of the brake wheel cylinder and the optimal state vectors of the corresponding oil inlet valve and the oil outlet valve are obtained based on the cost function, and hydraulic pressure adjustment of the brake wheel cylinder is achieved through cooperation of the oil inlet valve and the oil outlet valve according to the optimal state vectors. According to the method, the complexity and the cost of a control structure for hydraulic pressure control of the brake wheel cylinder are reduced, and the optimal on-off control of the oil inlet valve and the oil outlet valve is obtained through model prediction and cost function optimization.

    本发明公开了汽车制动轮缸的液压力预测控制方法及系统,该方法应用于汽车液压制动系统,包括响应于液压制动系统上电进行初始化后,获取液压制动系统的运行数据;基于运行数据,得到制动轮缸的液压力矢量控制集合;基于液压力矢量控制集合和制动轮缸的液压力,建立制动轮缸液压力的预测方程;基于制动轮缸液压力的预测方程,构建制动轮缸液压力控制的代价函数;基于代价函数得到制动轮缸的最优液压力矢量及相应进油阀和出油阀的最优状态矢量,并通过进油阀和出油阀根据最优状态矢量配合,实现制动轮缸的液压力调节。本发明降低了制动轮缸液压力控制的控制结构复杂度和成本,并通过模型预测和代价函数优化,得到进油阀和出油阀的最优开关控制。
