The invention discloses a real-time monitoring system for steel rail displacement. The real-time monitoring system comprises a displacement measuring device, a debugging device and a system main control device, wherein the displacement measuring device comprises a laser range finder and a camera; the laser range finder generates frequency-modulated continuous wave laser to measure the distance of a target steel rail in real time; a camera shoots a target steel rail target image in real time; the debugging device is used for installing and debugging the system main control device and carrying out spatial position calibration setting on the displacement measuring device; the system master control device calculates the measurement data to obtain horizontal displacement data of the steel rail, carries out image processing on a steel rail target image, and obtains vertical displacement data of the steel rail according to an image correlation tracking algorithm; in addition, the system is also provided with an unmanned aerial vehicle and VR equipment for assisting real-time monitoring. According to the system, full-automatic, high-precision and non-contact type steel rail displacement state monitoring can be achieved, the working efficiency can be improved, and the steel rail fault prevention and railway safety risk management level can be improved.
本发明公开了一种钢轨位移实时监测系统,包括:位移测量装置、调试装置和系统主控装置;其中:位移测量装置包括:激光测距仪和摄像机;激光测距仪产生调频连续波激光对目标钢轨的距离进行实时测量;摄像机实时拍摄目标钢轨标靶图像;调试装置对系统主控装置进行安装调试,以及对位移测量装置进行空间位置标定设置;系统主控装置对测量数据进行计算获取钢轨的水平位移数据,同时对钢轨标靶图像进行图像处理,并根据图像相关跟踪算法获取钢轨的垂直位移数据;另外系统还设置了无人机和VR设备协助实时监测。该系统可实现全自动、高精度、非接触式的钢轨位移状态监测,有助于提高工作效率以及提升对钢轨故障预防和铁路安全风险管理水平。
