The invention discloses a real-time monitoring method for steel rail damage and a monitoring device thereof. The method comprises the steps: dividing a to-be-monitored steel rail into at least one steel rail monitoring interval, and symmetrically arranging at least one group of piezoelectric sensor arrays at the two sides of any datum line of the steel rail monitoring interval, wherein any group of piezoelectric sensor array comprises an excitation sensor and a receiving sensor; according to the propagation paths of each group of excitation sensor and receiving sensor, collecting lamb wave response signals on symmetrical propagation paths on the two sides of the datum line respectively; compensating the lamb wave response signal to obtain a reconstructed signal; and comparing the reconstructed signals on the two sides of the datum line, and if the maximum change value of a difference signal of the reconstructed signals is greater than a preset threshold value, sending information indicating that the steel rail monitoring interval is damaged. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the damage condition of the symmetric structure steel rail can be determined without collecting the initial non-damage reference signal of the monitored structure, and the monitoring efficiency of the non-reference symmetric structure is improved.

    本发明公开了一种钢轨损伤实时监测方法及其监测装置,方法包括:将待监测钢轨分为至少一钢轨监测区间,在钢轨监测区间的任一基准线两侧对称布置至少一组压电传感器阵列,其中,任一组压电传感器阵列均包括一个激励传感器和一个接收传感器;根据每组激励传感器与接收传感器的传播路径,分别采集基准线两侧的对称传播路径上的lamb波响应信号;对lamb波响应信号进行补偿,获得重构信号;比较基准线两侧的重构信号,若重构信号的差信号最大变化值大于预设阈值,发送钢轨监测区间存在损伤的信息。本发明实施例的技术方案无需采集被监测结构初始毫无损伤的基准信号,即可确定对称结构钢轨的损伤情况,提高了无基准对称结构的监测效率。
