The method comprises the following steps: acquiring battery use performance parameter information, and establishing a battery effective life grading model according to the battery use performance parameter information to carry out battery life grading so as to form battery charging life grading data; grading the charging sequence according to the battery charging life grading data to form initial sequence charging control data; acquiring charging demand information, and adjusting the initial sequence charging control data according to the charging demand information to form ordered charging control data; and performing charging control according to the ordered charging control data, and outputting charging state prompt data. According to the method, simple and efficient ordered charging management is carried out by fully utilizing the battery management data, and reasonable management of the electric vehicle battery is realized while efficient charging is realized.
