The second pulley is connected with the single-roller winch through a second steel wire rope, the main crane sliding frame and the tail crane sliding frame are each provided with a double-side anti-reverse-rotation mechanism, and a fixed tensioning frame through which the second steel wire rope passes is installed between the tail crane sliding frame and the single-roller winch. The inclination angle of the steel pipe pile can be controlled, and the stability of the hoisting process can be maintained.
本发明涉及海上风电施工技术领域,提出了一种海上风电用单桩翻桩吊装装置,用于吊装钢管桩,包括横梁、双边防倒转机构、主吊滑动架、尾吊滑动架、固定张紧架、单滚筒卷扬机和双滚筒卷扬机,横梁下侧分别滑动设置有主吊滑动架和尾吊滑动架,横梁的两端分别安装有单滚筒卷扬机和双滚筒卷扬机,主吊滑动架下部转动设置有滑轮一,滑轮一与双滚筒卷扬机通过钢丝绳一连接,尾吊滑动架下部转动设置有滑轮二,滑轮二与单滚筒卷扬机通过钢丝绳二连接,主吊滑动架和尾吊滑动架上均安装有双边防倒转机构,尾吊滑动架与单滚筒卷扬机之间安装有钢丝绳二通过的固定张紧架。该发明可以控制钢管桩的倾斜角度,有利于维持吊装过程的稳定。
