The device can be automatically connected with the steel pipe pile during hoisting and can be separated from the steel pipe pile after pile sinking is completed, an operator does not need to submerge underwater to conduct auxiliary operation such as unhooking, the construction efficiency is improved, and the operation risk of the operator is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种海上风电钢管桩起吊翻桩装置及其施工方法,属于海上风电工程领域,本海上风电钢管桩起吊翻桩装置包括:壳体,壳体呈圆柱状,壳体的后端设置有第一挡板;若干伸缩组件,若干伸缩组件均穿设在壳体中,若干伸缩组件沿壳体的周向均布,若干伸缩组件可沿壳体的径向滑动;以及压紧组件,压紧组件穿设在壳体中,压紧组件可沿壳体轴向滑动,压紧组件用于驱动伸缩组件朝向钢管桩滑动,并将伸缩组件压紧于钢管桩的内壁,压紧组件的后端可转动地设置有吊耳。本装置能够自动在起吊时与钢管桩连接,并在完成沉桩后与钢管桩分离,无需操作人员潜入水下进行摘钩之类的辅助操作,提高了施工效率,减少了施工人员的操作风险。
