The invention relates to the technical field of ship machining, and provides a marine base structure and an assembling and welding method.The two base assemblies are arranged in the first horizontal direction in a spaced mode and are symmetrical to each other, and in the vertical direction, a base panel is used for installing a main engine; the base web reinforcing panel is fixed with a girder framework of a hull platform; the base web penetrates through the ship body platform and is fixed with the ship body platform, and the base panel and the base web reinforcing panel are connected and fixed through the base web; the supporting assembly comprises a plurality of supporting webs arranged at intervals in the second horizontal direction, the supporting webs are connected with the two base webs in the first horizontal direction, and an included angle is formed between each supporting web and the hull platform. The base structure is simple in structure and easy to manufacture, and the problem that the installation precision is reduced due to the fact that the main machine base is directly welded to the ship body platform and the ship body platform deforms due to welding can be solved. By means of the two assembling and welding methods, installation and fixation of the marine base structure and the ship body platform can be rapidly and accurately completed.

    本发明涉及船舶加工技术领域,提供了一种船用基座结构及装焊方法,基座组件沿第一水平方向间隔设置有两个且相互对称,于竖直方向,基座面板用于安装主机;基座腹板加强面板与船体平台桁材骨架固定;基座腹板贯穿船体平台并与船体平台固定,基座面板和基座腹板加强面板通过基座腹板连接并固定;支撑组件包括沿第二水平方向间隔排布的多个支撑腹板,支撑腹板沿第一水平方向连接两个基座腹板,支撑腹板与船体平台呈夹角设置。使得基座结构的结构简单、制作简易,能够避免主机底座直接与船体平台焊接,船体平台因焊接发生形变,导致安装精度下降的问题。两种装焊方法,能够快速且精确的完成上述船用基座结构与船体平台的安装固定。
