The invention relates to the technical field of ships, and provides a fin stabilizer structure box assembling and welding method which comprises the following assembling and welding steps that mounting holes are formed in the outer side wall of a ship body; the relative position of the fin stabilizer structure box and the mounting hole is adjusted through the first adjusting assembly and the second adjusting assembly; the fin stabilizer structure box is rotated to extend in the ship width direction, and the clamping angle between the fin stabilizer structure box and the base line is adjusted; the bottom of the fin stabilizer structure box and the lower edge line of the mounting hole are subjected to positioning spot welding, and a first welding seam is formed; adjusting plates with corresponding sizes are cut, and the adjusting plates are connected with the ship body and the fin stabilizer structure box to form a second welding seam and a third welding seam respectively; the two ends, in the bow and stern direction, of the fin stabilizer structural box are fixed to the ship body in a spot welding mode, and a fourth welding seam and a fifth welding seam are formed; and finally, continuous welding is conducted on the weld joints. According to the design, the fin stabilizer structure box and the large ship body are installed and fixed in the mode that installation and debugging are conducted firstly and then welding and fixing are conducted twice, and the installation precision is met.

    本发明涉及船舶技术领域,提供了一种减摇鳍结构箱装焊方法,装焊步骤如下:于船体的外侧壁开设有安装孔;通过第一调节组件和第二调节组件调整减摇鳍结构箱与安装孔的向相对位置;转动减摇鳍结构箱,使其沿船宽方向延伸,调整减摇鳍结构箱与基线的夹持角度;将减摇鳍结构箱的底部与安装孔的下边缘线进行定位点焊,形成第一焊缝;裁切对应尺寸的调节板,调节板连接船体和减摇鳍结构箱分别形成第二焊缝和第三焊缝;将减摇鳍结构箱于艏艉方向的两端与船体分别进行点焊固定,形成第四焊缝和第五焊缝;最后针对上述焊缝进行连续焊接。如此设计,通过先安装调试,再通过两次焊接固定的方式,完成减摇鳍结构箱与大型船体的安装和固定,满足了安装精度。
