According to the base supporting structure, the number of parts is small, the design workload is small, the longitudinal continuity and the transverse continuity of the structure can be guaranteed, and therefore the strength and the supporting rigidity of the whole structure are guaranteed; the false rudder structure can protect the joint of the propeller and play a role in guiding flow; the watertight sleeve structure can ensure the watertightness of the whole structure; through the design of the simulation mounting ring, the mounting position of the full-revolving propeller can be simulated and positioned, and the mounting precision of the propeller is ensured while the assembly method is ensured to be simple and convenient; and by adjusting the radian of the first notch of the supporting toggle plate, the supporting toggle plate can adapt to various types of full-revolving propellers and has good applicability.

    本发明公开了一种船用全回转推进器基座支撑结构及其装配方法,基座支撑结构包括支撑框架、支撑肘板、水密套筒、假舵和模拟安装环,所述模拟安装环可套设并固定于所述圆筒上。本发明的基座支撑结构零件数量少、设计工作量小,能够保证结构纵向连续性和横向连续性,从而确保整个结构的强度和支撑刚度;假舵结构能保护推进器连接处并起导流作用;水密套筒结构能保证整体结构的水密性;通过模拟安装环的设计,能模拟定位全回转推进器安装位置,在保证了装配方法简单便捷的同时保证了推进器的安装精度;并且通过调整支撑肘板的切口一的弧度,能够适配多种类型的全回转推进器,具有很好的适用性。
