The invention relates to a mounting structure and method of a full-revolving propeller, the structure comprises a trunk and a motor base, the trunk is welded on a bottom plate of a ship body, the motor base is connected with the trunk through a flange, and a motor of the full-revolving propeller is connected with the motor base through a flange; a transmission mechanism of the full-revolving propeller is installed on the trunk from top to bottom, and a revolving mechanism of the full-revolving propeller is hoisted on the trunk from bottom to top and connected with the transmission mechanism. According to the mounting structure and method for the full-revolving propeller, the problems that the mounting operation requirement is large, the receiving period of equipment is long, and later-period dismounting, maintaining and repairing are not facilitated are solved.
